Background: Jacuzzi Direct opened it's ecommerce store on 1st May, 2012, selling hot tub chemicals, spa filters, parts and accessories direct to the public. They also operate two retail outlets from their showrooms in Hull and Leeds.

Growth of the Jacuzzi Direct brand had been steady since launching the site, however they hadn't yet realised their potential as the market leader for hot tub chemicals, filters and accessories in the UK.

Jacuzzi Direct contacted META in 2014 to help with their online marketing strategy and search visibility. Their goal was to increase visits, sales and revenue through their existing ecommerce platform.

Project details

Summary: The first step with Jacuzzi Direct was to audit existing marketing activity as well as the website. After a Google AdWords account restructure, we were able to fine tune paid search activity reducing cost of sale. This allowed us to deliver more revenue from existing budgets.

With paid search ads and PLAs in place, we went on to develop social media channels on Twitter, Google+ and Facebook. The final piece of the puzzle was to roll out an SEO strategy for Jacuzzi Direct that will continue to evolve throughout 2015.
